Jamie Wardle has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 yrs. She has her BSN, MBA-MHC in Healthcare. Jamie obtained her Certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, Fitness Coaching and Bodybuilding to better support her clients and their goals. "Health and Fitness is a passion of mine. With a max weight of 275 lbs. and a diagnosis of Pseudotumor Cerebri, it was time to make life altering changes. Losing 110lbs was not easy, sticking to the plan with focus, discipline, determination and hard work has kept the weight off." 13 years later she continues on the healthy lifestyle journey and now maintains her weight in a healthy way.
